In OWL and RDFS , you can state relationships between properties. In
your case you can almost use Owl:inverseOf.
http://wiki.ontoworld.org/wiki/Owl:inverseOf gives the example

<owl:ObjectProperty rdf:ID="hasChild">
  <owl:inverseOf rdf:resource="#hasParent"/>
</owl:ObjectProperty>

Your example is a little different: Dad [[Has Son::Joe]] entails Joe
[[Has Parent::Dad]], but not vice-versa I'm not sure whether OWL and
RDFS can represent entailment.

 http://wiki.ontoworld.org/index.php/Help:Relation#Implicit_Derivation
talks about doing this, but details are sketchy. I think it's:
1. export the Wiki as RDF
2. import RDF into OWL/RDFS ontology tool
3.    hire buzzword-compliant semantic expert
4.    ?? reasoning !!
5. import additional derived properties back into Semantic MediaWiki
with http://wiki.ontoworld.org/wiki/Help:Ontology_import

or, after step 3 you perform SPARQL queries against the ontology,
outside of SMW.

It would be great if someone could write something -- even just "Here's
what I do" -- about steps 2-5 for us would-be buzzword-compliant
semantic experts :-)
