connected, but re INVITE and leave the RTP path when B connects
thanks to Teltech Systems we now have B2BUA functionality in DSM. Look
at doc/examples/test_b2b.dsm for an example. There may be some rough
edges (e.g. there is no support for setting the from yet), but you could
already try that out and ping back if there are any issues with it.
