it seems to me like the problem is not where to set the next hop
(createCalleeSession would be the right place), but that sipctrl is
ignoring AmSipRequest::next_hop in trans_layer::set_next_hop (called
from trans_layer::send_request and SipCtrlInterface::send). Raphael,
could that be the case?
