ignoring AmSipRequest::next_hop in trans_layer::set_next_hop (called
from trans_layer::send_request and SipCtrlInterface::send). Raphael,

Yes, exactly. Actually, if a next hop is already known (because of
AmSipRequest::next_hop), we should not even call set_next_hop, but just
use the next hop we have. I can try to make a patch for that, if folks
are interested.
