I have gotten Voicemail and Voicebox working, but now I want to set up SEMS so that when they dial the voicemail server to check their messages they are given a prompt and asked if they want to check voicemail messages, listen to current greeting, or re-record greeting.
How do I go about this or is there any documentation? Would I need to create a voicemail IVR or is this something that is already built into voicemail and I am just missing it.
