i keep all voice files and templates in database. file system or config
not with the SEMS code in berlios svn (at least not email templates).
file are not good alternatives.
actually I don't think that storing all voice messages in DB is a very
good idea. file system and its api is good for this, why a relational
layer on top and complicated interaction with the DB server. but i think
we have discussed this several times already.
