that made it.  original mp3 was 44.1 kHz.  i don't know if
auto-resampling would make sense by mp3.so plugin.
in wideband branch, audio is resampled to proper sample rate in the core.

this was not merged to trunk because, as has been discussed here, i felt that the solution with internal sampling rate was too sub optimal.
