[Sems] 0000023: SEMS should decode CNG packets and generate CN

Stefan,

 

Is there a plan to address issue “000023: SEMS should decode CNG packets and
generate CN”? If so, will it be available soon? Is there an interim patch
that can be applied? We are experiencing distorted cracks and pops in the
recorded audio during periods of silence (in sems 1.1.1).  As far as I’m
aware there aren’t any changes in 1.2.1 that would address this, but I could
be wrong.

 

Additionally, tried to work around issue by using spandsp-0.0.6pre17 plugin,
but cannot compile it with the USE_SPANDSP_PLC flag enabled. The following
compile error is received on a number of modules (so I just included an
example from the core package). Any assistance is appreciated.
