Hi all. I have built a function "Mute" that interupt media line from an agent to customer. I just used this "m_playList.addToPlaylist(new AmPlaylistItem(NULL, NULL));" So I have a question, I want to reconnect the media line from agent to customer so that customer can hear agent. How can i do that. I have tried this "m_playList.close(true);" But it didn't work :(. Thanks a lot .
