in my opinion, it make no sense to have options that cause sems behave
against rfc 3261.
my twinkle, for example, has configuration options
Use outbound proxy yes
Outbound proxy: sip.test.fi
Send in-dialog requests to proxy: yes
if i just set outbound_proxy, do i get the same behavior?
