when i shutdown sems 1.4, it usually crashes like this:
Sep 30 19:34:53 sip sems[5561]: [#b75b56d0] [main, sems.cpp:509] INFO:
Disposing plug-ins
Sep 30 19:34:53 sip kernel: [45872.102925] sems[5570]: segfault at b72a24f4 ip
b72a24f4 sp b6ac3af0 error 4 in libz.so.1.2.3.4[b72e7000+13000]
gdb reports:
(gdb) where
#0 0xb72a24f4 in ?? ()
#1 0x0812181d in AmThread::_start (_t=0x9529748) at AmThread.cpp:70
#2 0xb7829955 in start_thread () from /lib/i686/cmov/libpthread.so.0
#3 0xb7682e7e in clone () from /lib/i686/cmov/libc.so.6
that's not very specific. Can you figure out which thread that is?
which modules are loaded? Does the same also happen with master?
You could also try with this from master:
[master b0079d1] use RTLD_LOCAL for loading modules (except dsm, ivr,
py_sems)
especially if you are loading several modules that have linked in
xmlrpc++ or python libraries, that may help.
