I don't get the crash with these modules loaded on 1.4.2. does it
happen if you don't load ivr module? which libraries does the ivr
module import?
You could also try with this from master:
[master b0079d1] use RTLD_LOCAL for loading modules (except dsm, ivr,
py_sems)
i'll try that once sr 3.2 has been released and i can convert to master.
you can probably cherry-pick to 1.4
