Don't forget about real-time quality reports from the RTCP-Reports ;-) For me, that's the most interesting part about RTCP; Olle made some fantastic enhancements to Asterisk once in a separate branch, which i believe never made it into Asterisk master; but which could probably be used as a good reference implementation for RTCP.
