That's probably true for out-of-dialog OPTIONS. For those, now in
master they can be handled in the sbc module depending on the profile,
e.g. using some regexp you could match them to one profile responding
404 or another responding 200. Otherwise, the default behaviour is to
respond with 200 now, which I think makes sense for a media server.

But how about in-dlg OPTIONS? Should generally be replied to with 200?
