you need to select different profiles depending on e.g. the interface
the invite was received, or the source IP, using a regex map. See the
first paragraph, "SBC profiles" of doc/Readme.sbc.txt, especially the
example. On the profile for invites from the caller, set the next_hop
to Kamailio, on the profile for invites from Kamailio, route via R-URI
(or, if registration caching is enabled, next_hop is set automatically
from the cache entry).
