where should i enable the registration cache? on the profile assigned
to calls from kamailio?

what i did was :
profile1 -> from clients
profile2 -> from kamailio

i can verify that the calls are being assigned to the right profile but
if i enable regcache on profile1, i keep on getting 404 not found.
even if i force outbound proxy and next hop
if i don't enable it in this profile, sems won't be saving registration details.
