Hi, I would like to know if anyone has tried to add support for GSM HR and GSM EFR on SEMS. The source code in ANSI C is available from 3GPP site http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/specs/html-info/TSG-WG--S4.htm
However, for GSM EFR codec, when music is transmitted, the quality is extremely bad. I would like to know if anyone has tried the same and how did it go? Received 320 bytes of input data is converted into 31 bytes of RTP payload (and this includes first 4 bits of GSM EFR signature 0xC). Help is greatly appreciated.
