Telekom Srbija and Vodafone have signed a strategic partnership agreement
covering Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to Telekom Srbija, the business relationship will enable it to use
Vodafone's leading position in the field of digitalisation of consumer
products and service offerings. In partnership with Vodafone Procurement
Company, the telco will have access to capacity for various procurements.
This means that the partnership will also provide insights into the
categories of different products and strategic direction, consulting
services, ie consulting during the complete procurement process
(end-to-end), which achieves cost optimisation and value creation.

Commenting on the partnership, Diego Masida, Vodafone CEO for partner
markets, said: "We welcome Telekom Srbija's accession to our family of
partner markets and look forward to working together to transfer our
knowledge and experience to their customers in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia
and Herzegovina".

Vladimir Lucic, general manager of Telekom Srbija, added: "Telekom Srbija is
a regional company with a long tradition of successful business. Over the
past two years, we have been focused on transforming the company, so that we
can deal on an equal footing with the most developed companies in the world.
We are convinced that cooperation with Vodafone, one of the global leaders
in this field, will provide us with access to all important resources in the
field of digital transformation and will enable us to increase the
efficiency of our business, optimise costs and improve user experience".
