I believe they are 175/65R14...
Either way the stock tires are larger in diameter than your current ones so
your Odometer will be reading high (you speedo will also read high) by
~1.355% that's about 1200 miles, but speed wise less than 1MPH difference
at 60.
BTW, that would be the closest 13" tire match (makes sense, that was the
standard tire size for B13 Sentras).
