Depends on the kind of driving you do. Also if your motor has any kind of
oil leak,using a synthetic will make it worse.
If you plan on racing,or you just like to rev the sh*t out of your motor on
a regular basis,go with the synthetic. If not,stick with the regular oil.
Use the OE recomended oil viscosity.
And for oil filters,for the money the OE ones are good. If you don't mind
spending more,you can go with either Mobil1 or K&N.
