I live in Dallas and I saw on the news that some little kids were killed right
in front of there own house because of two street racers. It's stupid enough to
be racing on the highway, but through residential areas!!! I know that no matter
what anyone says, people will streetrace if they want to. Just like no amount of
yelling from parents will stop their kids from having sex, or smoking or
drinking...people will street race. I know that sometimes I would like to race
an Integra or Civic or whatever on a nice highway. I know I'm a good driver and
I could probably hang and it would probably be a blast. But then I think about
the thousands of things that could happen. I could blow a tire or the other guy
could be drunk or an animal could jump in the way or my car could malfunction in
any of hundreds of ways, etc., etc., etc. Could you imagine, seriously imagine
how stupid you will feel if you wrecked your car for something as childish and
dumbass as streetracing?!?! In a few seconds, you could lose your license, your
car, your money, your pride, your LIFE! You don't see professional boxers
walking around the street looking for someone to fight...they take it in the
ring! So don't drive around the streets looking for someone to race...take it to
the track!
