Three possible causes:

1. Clogged fuel filter, solution: get a new one, if the problem gets chronic, 
see a mechanic
2. Jammed throttle plate, typically from the O-ring on the MAF, solution - 
get it outta there
3. Disconnected MAF, from not being connected properly, just re-attach it and 
makre sure you use the metal clip.
