< I changed my fuel filter 2 weeks ago, I checked the maf and it is
connected, and
I looked in the throttlebody and the o-ring is not jamming anything( I can't
even
see an o-ring). Any other suggestions? >
Yes. Have you recently cleaned your engine using water? You may have gotten
water in the spark plug wells. If you have, or even if you didn't (since its
quick and easy) use a towel wrapped around a screwdriver and stick it down
there, and check to see if the towel absorbed any water. If it did see if you
can blow it out with compressed air, or leave the wires unconnected with the
hood closed overnight to air dry. Water can cause a misfire of the spark
plugs and cause similar driveability problems like the one you described.
If this is not the case, what are your engine mods? Intake? Anything? If you
have the stock airbox check to see nothing is blocking airflow over or under
the filter, and make sure it's clean.
Also, check the engine oil just to be sure, make sure its up to the proper
level. If you still have the problem, let me know and I will try to think of
more possible causes.
