Why pay for "special" caliper paint when you can just get high temp self
primering header paint. I got me some gloss silver paint sitting in the
garage. No baking required.
The stuff you need to bake maybe similar to powdercoat. I'm just guessing
here but they might be the ones that have plastic particles suspended in
them. When you bake it, it melts the prticles onto the surface. To bake it
you will need to remove all the seals and basically rebuild the caliper.
Sounds like a big ol PITA to me.
