It "is" possible but probably not worth it unless you already own either the
speakers or the radio. If you have the speakers then you can buy a Factory
Radio Replacement interface. If you have the BOSE headunit then you can buy
a line output converter that is designed to work with the BOSE setup.
Here is a link to some interfaces made by Stinger:

Look under NISSANAF95 and NISSANAR95 which are for the front and the rear.
It converts the proprietary output signal of the BOSE system to a system
that your aftermarket amps can understand. I think that the BOSE is a 1-ohm
output and the trigger is a part of the speaker wiring.
If you have the BOSE speakers also then you can just do a transplant of
"everything" but make sure you get the right plugs for the speakers too.
Also understand that since the BOSE speakers have individual amps mounted to
the bottom of each speaker then clearance may be a problem. These things
look huge. They are at least 5 inches deep (at least the ones in the rear
of my Maxima). I don't know about the door speakers since I haven't had to
switch them out yet.
You can even use the factory speakers and an aftermarket headunit with the
NISAH4 or NISAH4N depending on what year BOSE you get the radio from. The
1989-1994 are different than the 1995+.
Another company "Soundgate" also makes a factory radio converter but
unfortunately they don't have my application. Here is the link though..
they have good descriptions that might be able to explain it a little better
than I can.

Hope this helps you out.
