Man, after an hour and a half, it is now 3 in the morning. Damn bushing was
supposed to take 10 minutes to install. All it is is 3 screws. DOH!
Stupid Nissan designers had to put this bracket that holds the support rod
in the crappiest of places. AFter about an hour trying to manuever the
closed end wrench over the nuts, I realized what the other end, the open
end, was for. CRAP! I totally forgot about the open end. Slide the wrench
right on, worked like a charm. Stupid me. For those of you who have done
the bushing, you know what I'm talking about. For those of you who will,
good luck. Just use the open end of the wrench.

Impressions? This mod is a must have! For those of you with short
shifters, the short shifter is not complete without this. When I had the
short shifter first installed, I loved it. Yet, something was not right.
It just seemed to go into gear too sloppily. I mean, the short throws and
height were awesome, but it wasn't right still. I haven't had a chance to
drive around with it, but I sat in the car shifting a little bit. Oh man.
It totally clicks into gear now. No more funny business. Just click, and
you're in. CLick, CLICK, CLICK, CLICK, CLICK. Yummmmm... Well enough for
me now. Time for a shower and sleep.
