They do have the 1.8l engine in japan, it comes with direct injection
(QG18DD) and has VTC on both cams.

Still... if he had 8800$ to blow on a turbo kit, why didn't have the money
to get a SE instead of a XE?!?!
And who's stupid enough to spend 8800$ on a turbo kit (for a 11 000$ car!)
when a lot of raceshop could built you a custom kit for half that money. For
8800$, I hope you get titanium piping and a solid gold turbocompressor!
