Yannick this is technicaly not correct. CFM is a volume measument.
Turbochargers do not improve Volumetic efficiency in most circumstances
(except in a few rare racing and industrial diesel applications), in fact
the VE can be reduced under certain circumstances (small super fast spool
street turbos).
Turbochargers greatly increase the density of the charge. This is where the
power comes from. The volume of the intake charge remains largely the same.

equations.
