Hey you must live in Cerritos also. I always get busted when I drive up
there to the extent that I will only drive a stock car in that area.
Hotshot is a small company so I don't think they can afford to get CARB
testing right now. It costs about $3000 a pop to test and if the car fails,
then another $3000 everytime it must be retested.
