 What hedder are you refering to?. my pacesetter ceramic coated on my 94 doesnt have 
this problem with hitting the alternator. i use an adjustable wrench. the only thing 
you need to be careful about is the wire. if you turn and turn the wire with the 
sensor it will eventually breakoff. the problem i have is that where the sensor goes 
it hits the heatshield for the fans. so i had to cut a bit of that off. later tony
