To be honest, I have no idea... I'm not sure what it is, but i'm assuming
that it's some sort of vacuum (obviously)... It very well could mess with the
idle though. As for the fuel thing, since its' EFI, you shouldn't have to do
that... then again, I haven't let my car sit that long. All I ever do is just
drive around. ^_^
