try resetting the ECU, it worked for me when I put a new K&N filter on (if
that's what your doing) just to take off the negative connector and then put
it back on, and see if it makes a difference, the other thing I did was let
the car run , drive it around, and after that it stopped stalling and idling
at high RPMs

No. That tube goes to your resonator. Pull back your splash guard on the
driver's side fender and take out the resonator box.
