Get a DMM and warm up the car fully.  Tap into the signal wire with a T-Pin. 
  You should be reading a voltage swing of at least 200-800 mv cycling about 
7-8 tines in 10 seconds as you hold the engine at a steady 3000 rpm with no 
load.  If the voltage swings are lower in amplitude and slower than this, 
your O2 sensor is bad.

It is best to only use genuine Nissan O2 sensors, especialy with the late 
model 4 wire, 1995 and later obd2 cars.
