Agreed, of course. Mine had 130K on it when I replaced it. To make sure that
it was as dead as I suspected, I unplugged it and drove around for a day. No
difference at all, SOTP. My gas mileage had been sucking for quite some time
too. After replacing, I noticed a night-and-day difference--I am fairly
certain the old one was making the car run rich as a pig, as it was very
dead.
