"Is 8-10 peak HP at the wheels a realistic expectation for the headers?" JWolfe J, Realizing that I have never worked with the PaceSetter headers, I feel that 8-10 wheel HP is very optimistic! I don't even forsee the HS header making that much. That is a lot of HP for a bolt on exhaust mod! The only bolt on I see making that much HP are cams! Maybe like 3-5 tops! I have no facts other than quoting magazines, but there findings have been 8-10hp for intake header and exhaust. Granted all cars are different and some are tuned from the factory better than others. I'd expect about 3-5. Just thought I'd share. In addition maybe Mike K. can lay this dead horse to rest by testing the PaceSetter VS. the HS on the project GA16.
