I know they are not the best choice for headers, but I got a great deal on a set of used PaceSetter headers--$375 cheaper than the new HotShot piece, assuming it ever gets shipped. Considering my budget, the price difference was not worth the few extra ponies the HotShot would give me, and I would rather spend that money on other mods. Anyway, I was wondering what kind of horsepower/torque gains people were seeing with the PaceSetter headers on a mostly stock engine. My 94 XE currently only has an underdrive pulley, exhaust, and a K&N bolted to the MAF--is 8-10 peak HP at the wheels a realistic expectation for the headers? I welcome comments/advice/general impressions from anyone who has these installed on a GA16DE-powered car.
