You don't have to add a fuel pressure regulator unless you are running a dry 
system that is designed to have enrichment provided by a claming type 
regulator.

Basicaly a 50 shot on a GA16 is pretty safe.  Just buy your kit from a 
reputable manufacture and follow there jetting recomendations.  The JWT NOS 
system is perhaps the safest and most simple to install of the NOS systems.

I would avoid going bigger than a 50 shot on a GA with stock internals.
