Yes the 96 GA16 valve cover is plastic! Hence it not being a conductor! So your
saying the 94 is metal, can you think of any fittings that have changed that
would keep it from fitting on the 96? Mike any answer here, or anyone else with
knowledge of this! Thanks for the advice Kenichi! I'll check the local bone
yard!
