I think what they are saying is correct if you put rubbing alcohal in you car it will
not only mess up you engine internaly, like your gaskets. Iso alcohol, displaces oil
products, thats back when it comes to lubrication. Oh, someone metioned av-gas people
might try to run in their car. For future reference, all av-gas is, is basically
kerosene, diesel, and benzine (corrosion inhibitor). That is what makes up Jet A-1
and JP-8. The two most common types of av-fuel on the market. They have barely any
lubrication. Not good for the stantard internal combustion engine.
