Would it make sense then to get an aftermarket or rebuilt converter then?
Is there anyone who has done this? As far as the gears, is there an
aftermarket alternative, or a way to replace them with better ones? What
sort of costs would this sort of mod cost - would it be worth it for the
9hp gain?
Someone posted something about a 240SX trick where you unplug a connector,
and you get crisper automatic shifts. It seems like that would cause some
damage, and not really give any performance gains.
