SML: Audio question

I have decided i need better highs in my 91 sentra. i have replaced the rear deck 
speakers.. i think the ones in the doors are an old pioneer cone type speaker. so my 
question is what type of tweeters should i get or should i just get some better 2 0r 3 
way 5 1/4 speakers for the doors?
