Let's see....that would have been deck number 4 & 5...or maybe 5 &
6....doesn't matter....I hated them both. POS head units. I didn't like
the sound quality from them, they didn't come with many "extras", and I
thought they looked "just plain cheap" sitting in my already
non-ergonomic dash.
It's good to see that your friend is getting his hands dirty in the
whole audio thing, but I seriously doubt this will be the deck (or the
brand) that he will settle for, and when he upgrades to the next deck,
it will be a night and day difference for him.
