On the new 200sx 1.6 the SER TB will not fit because they changed
some things on the manifold. James J told me this awhile back. It does bolt
on directly to the 92 manifold with ease and no interference. The TPS plugs
right in and reads the same as the 1.6 TPS (power, ground, pickup) You just
have to adjust the TPS to the right settings for 1.6.
If you were doing this on the 91-94 I would suggest trying this and
see what happens. By the way, what kind of TB were you proposing to use?
