Despite what everyone has said on this subject, If you use a higher wattage
bulb without upgrading the harness it will burnout / MELT the stock harness
eventually.. I've had it happen to me twice now. I had the high wattage in
for about 6 months and thought this talk was a bunch of crap, Until the day
I came down and the socket on the harness was melted....even then I was hard
headed and put another one right back in. That one lasted for about 4
months.. then melted the plug again.. So I guess the morale to this story
is, You may be okay today and you may be okay tomorrow but it will get you
eventually and hopfully it's only the socket that melts and not your whole
car...lol

As far as the light given off,, I do believe the stock bulbs probably give
off more useful light. But the super white look so damn cool...lol

I will go back to the super whites as soon as I upgrade my harness but I
won't run the risk of causing more damage just for the looks of the super
whites.
