Just incase this might be of some help to others:
I went tire shopping on line and found the tires I wanted for my Sentra at a
good price. I then started calling around to local tire dealers to get the
best price I could. I found Discount Tires (brand name of tire store) web
site and compared the per tire cost to what the local Discount tire dealer
had told me the cost would be per tire, when I called the dealer back on the
phone and told him what I had found on there web site, the Discount tire
dealer dropped his price to match the web site price and the total cost for
mounting, balancing, road hazard guarantee, 4 tires, California sales tax,
Total, out the door price drooped by $53.73. The sales tax turned out to be
less that the UPS shipping fee's so I really got a little better deal by
buying at the local Discount tire dealers store and letting him know what I
had found out at there companies web site. Hope this will be of some help to
others looking for tires.
