I think that you would have too much modulation and that would lock up the 
brakes.  The rear brakes may lock quickly under pressure.  You would have to 
retain the proper porportioning valve.  I would upgrade the back to disc and 
use the SE-R master cylinder and booster and the porportioning valves for the 
SE-R to get the right feel.

        How come you rebuilt the calipers and rear cylinders already?  Its a 
97!  3 years and a rebuild already, seems kind of drastic
