SML: 96 SE-R

Hey guys I just looked at a beautiful 96 SE-R 5sp w/ 59,000 Miles on it. All
stock... They want $8500 for it... Is this good or should I talk them down?
The Kelly Blue Book is $8960. If I talk them down, where should I start?
