WOW.  so the compression was higher that caused the pinging or it was the hot 
spots on the piston that acted like Glow plugs and kept the fuel mixture hot 
enough to combust on the exhaust stroke.  Interesting.  I bet the girl never 
had a tune up, so the fuel never got burned well and also changing oil is a 
big thing here too.  Hey thats great.   Whats the stuff called that you used?
