I paid about $100 shipped from Courtesy Nissan. The gasket is nothing more
than a tube of "liquid gasket".

I will let you know when it's done. Right now it's sitting around collecting
dust. After spending an evening under the car installing my new HS header,
the only problem I forsee that you may encounter is working around the
downpipe. Good luck...
