Generally yes, the senso is going, or the fuel pressure regulator is pumping 
out too much fuel and making the CAT burn the gas and it doesnt like that!   
Also, check the plugs and see if they are fouled too.  Inproper burn will let 
unburned fuel hit the cats and the cat will burn this fuel and it will smell 
like Rotting eggs from the Sulfer in the fuel.
